Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist and have already worked in a comparable position. Especially helpful would be experience with MICROS as well as with a hotel software; here #atthemoxy uses OPERA. But even as lateral entrants, we have already been able to successfully integrate employees!

• Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership experience and take on responsibility and delegation; maintain administrative independence across areas of responsibility; work with a team and stay calm under pressure.

• Qualifications: Completed apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (preferred); experience with MICROS and hotel software (OPERA in this context); open to lateral entrants and capable of adapting to our environment.
