Planning Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our Supply Chain team with a strong focus on Demand Planning and S&OP processes. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications, with steel manufacturing or steel trading industry experience preferably in GCC countries highly desired.

Experience:

1. 10–15 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a strong focus on Demand Planning, preferably in S&OP mature industries such as steel manufacturing or steel trading.
2. 3–4 years of managerial experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
3. Demonstrated customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.
4. Proven experience in coordinating projects, preferably within the Demand Planning domain.
5. Strong track record in process improvement or business performance enhancement initiatives involving cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder alignment.
6. Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and Demand Planning methodologies.
7. Proficiency in Statistical Forecasting and Business Planning.
8. Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
10. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work on large data sets and perform complex calculations.
11. Familiarity with Advanced Planning and Forecasting Systems & Tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, APO.
12. Excellent presentation and coordination skills.
