A fast-growing hospitality startup in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead initiatives that expand their property supply and drive demand for bookings. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and sales techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales growth, ideally within the Real Estate sector in the UAE. GuestReady is an award‑winning startup in the sharing economy. Its mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid‑term rentals, as well as any operations that are related to turning over guests, and to optimise listings to incur a maximum yield for the client. The company is co‑founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex‑Rocket Internet executives), and today manages around 6,000 properties across 20 cities, has sold 1,200,000+ guest nights and generated rental income of €200m+ for owners. As we expand in the UAE GuestReady welcomes team members who can push our vision forward. We are currently searching for an experienced Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Dubai who can partner with other departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. This is an exciting role that will span across increasing GuestReady’s supply of properties to manage, as well as increasing demand for bookings at our properties. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart. This is the perfect opportunity to become part of a growing global company.
