About the Role

We’re looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented, and design-minded Experience Curator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their career with a strong intuitive sense of people, places, and aesthetics.

You’ll be the first point of connection for potential and current clients, helping them uncover the emotional and practical reasons behind their travel desires. You’ll turn vague dreams into curated journeys, working across luxury homes, yachts, and bespoke experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand the why behind their trip—goals, emotions, relationships, timing, and more.
• Ask insightful questions, listen actively, and reflect back clients’ needs with clarity and empathy.
• Build tailored proposals for homes, yachts, and experiences that reflect clients’ intentions and desires.
• Curate options with a sharp eye for architecture, interior design, art, and overall visual cohesion.
• Manage multiple client journeys simultaneously, staying impeccably organized across WhatsApp, email, and our internal itinerary tools (Safari Portal).
• Draft thoughtful written communications that reflect our brand tone and the emotional quality of the journeys we craft.
• Occasionally assist with light social media contributions and storytelling for our community.
• Use tech tools (CRMs, calendar software, Google Workspace, etc.) to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth client experiences.

What You Bring

• Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills.
• A natural curiosity and love of asking thoughtful, probing questions.
• An intuitive eye for design, aesthetics, and architectural details.
• Comfort and familiarity engaging with high-net-worth individuals—even if that’s not your lifestyle.
• Strong written English communication skills; additional languages like Spanish, French, German, or Dutch are a plus.
• Solid technical and organizational skills; you’re comfortable juggling platforms, timelines, and multiple client threads.
• A deep appreciation for travel, design, culture, and human connection.
