The responsibilities include managing documentation and specifications, setting up specifications, writing SOPs and worksheets, liaising with customers and suppliers, checking COC and COAs, conducting product testing, overseeing product specification control and quality problem investigation, conducting R&D, managing handovers, setting up training manuals, and managing audits.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of management experience, a hands-on approach, good people skills, strong administrative skills, experience with SOP training, and ISO implementation.
