- Enable and support the OU operations.
- Conduct, monitor and oversee OU knowledge and document management.
- Manage, monitor and report on the performance of service providers.
- Monitor, compile and report on OU ethics, governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualification(s):
- B Degree/B Tech/National Higher Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Commerce/Engineering/Science/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
