A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Contract Administrator for overseeing contract administration of sponsored projects. The ideal candidate will manage a team, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates must have significant experience in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and a relevant degree. This role offers a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
This position is responsible for overseeing the administration of contracts for sponsored projects, including industry clinical trial agreements (CTAs), grant-related agreements, and other agreements. This role involves managing a team of contract professionals (officers and senior officers) to ensure efficient and compliant contract processing. This role will monitor and ensure that performance levels are met, handle complex items, and support the OSP Director on strategic and operational projects. Key responsibilities include negotiating and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with institutional and external regulations, and providing oversight of the contract administration process.
This position will work closely with the OSP Grants team to develop and improve processes for grant-related agreements (including subaward agreements), risk assessments, and subrecipient monitoring.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$44.33 - $68.42
