A leading insurance brokerage firm based in New Jersey is looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee complex Commercial Lines insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance, and exemplary communication skills. This role involves deep client engagement, policy management, and strategic marketing, with a competitive salary and bonus eligibility.
General Description: Manage 10 to 20 large and complex Commercial Lines insurance accounts as the day-to-day client contact. May occasionally work with an Account Manager on the largest and most complex accounts. Activities include new and renewal marketing, fielding questions and requests and coverage review. Assist Sales Executives team and provide guidance to Account Representatives and/or Account Managers.

The salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on experience. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate\'s qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills. In addition to the base salary, this role is bonus eligible.
