Inside Sales Representative – Ireland. Location: Remote (Ireland-based). We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team, with a focus on virtual engagement within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for a candidate based in Ireland who has proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales and a solid understanding of the Health Service Executive (HSE).
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts through regular virtual outreach.
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, providing expert guidance on products and services.
- Qualify and convert leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and coordinate handovers to field sales where appropriate.
- Support customer-initiated study cases, guiding them through trial processes and providing ongoing assistance.
- Identify and engage new customer segments to expand market presence, including targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within CRM systems to support efficient sales operations.
- Proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system, particularly the HSE.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets, including 12 documented calls per day and timely lead follow-up.
