Responsibilities
  • Generalist Role: guide employees with HR queries, manage family-friendly policies and sickness absence, support employee onboarding and offboarding, conduct exit interviews, support HR transformation projects, and update/create policy documents
  • Performance Management: Support talent cycle processes, assist in performance reviews, consult on employee relations issues, and provide analytical support for performance metrics
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the recruitment team, understand resourcing requirements, and support immigration management and mobility
  • Learning and Development: Utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Talent Management and Strategy: Support HR initiatives such as compensation planning, promotion cycles, succession planning, employee engagement programs, create action plans post-engagement surveys
  • Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvements in People Operations, focusing on driving efficiencies and automation in areas such as Leave of Absence management, Immigration and Regulatory Referencing
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Certification: CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience: minimum 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software (Workday, ServiceNow), strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high levels of attention to detail
  • Attributes: Proactive and strategic thinker, collaborative team player, and fluent in English (additional languages beneficial for the European market)
