Overview

Inside Sales Representative – Ireland. Location: Remote (Ireland-based). We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team, with a focus on virtual engagement within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for a candidate based in Ireland who has proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales and a solid understanding of the Health Service Executive (HSE).

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts through regular virtual outreach.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, providing expert guidance on products and services.
  • Qualify and convert leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and coordinate handovers to field sales where appropriate.
  • Support customer-initiated study cases, guiding them through trial processes and providing ongoing assistance.
  • Identify and engage new customer segments to expand market presence, including targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within CRM systems to support efficient sales operations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system, particularly the HSE.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets, including 12 documented calls per day and timely lead follow-up.
