A community health organization in Preston is seeking a Counsellor to provide holistic support to individuals facing mental health challenges. The role involves delivering counselling and group therapy programs while applying a client-centred approach. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and will be dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing within the community. About the Counsellor role
Support individuals by using a holistic client-centred approach to navigate mental health challenges, build resilience and create positive change through counselling, group programs, advocacy and support that strengthens families and the local community. Reporting to the Counselling Coordinator Cz, this is a fixed term part-time role (0.8 FTE) until February 2027. Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
