The Chair is fundamental to our success. The role provides critical leadership, drives strategy, and enables advocacy for crucial funding and partnerships.
By ensuring robust governance, sound decision-making, and effective supervision of senior staff, the Chair stabilises and protects Dads Rock, ensuring we maximise our impact for Dads, children, and families across Scotland.

What will you be doing?
You’ll need to lead our board of trustees - Currently a team of 8 with wide experience including banking, HR, third sector, lawyer and marketing professional.
Dads Rock's ambition is to create system change for father inclusive practice with health and social settings where focus is traditionally on mums only. We want services engaging with families to ask the man about his mental health and wellbeing, taking away the stigma and giving him an opportunity to ask for help.
