A community-focused care provider in Littleborough is seeking an Extra Care Team Leader to lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for team management, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with policies. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in health and social care, solid IT skills, and a caring approach. Flexible hours and competitive pay are offered.
Shift/Hours: 30 Hours a week + ( flexible to suit the needs of the service ).
Rate of pay: To be discussed at the Interview / Next stage – depending on experience.
