Job summary
A leading furniture manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at their Elland facility. In this role, you will ensure accuracy in stock handling, provide leadership to the warehouse team, and improve operational processes. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of health and safety protocols. This position offers a chance to impact operational efficiency significantly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/team leader role within a warehouse environment.
- Strong coaching and people-management capabilities are critical.
- Good knowledge of factory health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations ensuring accuracy in dispatch.
- Monitor performance metrics and report to the Factory Manager.
- Enforce health and safety protocols across the team.
