What’s Involved
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of new showroom development projects, from initial setup to launch, ensuring every space reflects our brand and meets customer expectations.
  • Assist with detailed planning, coordination, and hands-on execution on-site, helping to implement visual merchandising, floor layouts, and operational systems to showroom standards.
  • Help onboard and support new store teams, ensuring they feel confident in their roles and are set up for success through effective training and operational guidance.
  • Share real-time feedback and insights to continuously improve team workflows, enhance showroom functionality, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, contractors, and store leaders to ensure smooth project execution, effective communication, and a seamless store opening process.
Temporary Contracts: January – April

These roles are offered on a temporary basis, perfect for those seeking short-term experience, project-based work, or a chance to broaden their impact across multiple stores and teams.

Please Note: Travel is Essential
This role will involve planned travel to various store locations, including regional and interstate travel. Flexibility is essential to align with project timelines and location needs.
