- Ensure that calls made to the emergency line are answered promptly.
- Deal with calls in line with company procedures.
Skills
Reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, the Emergency Team Member will work alongside the existing emergency team members to ensure that calls made to the emergency line are answered promptly and dealt with in line with company procedures.
Our emergency team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are committed to delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040 and support initiatives such as heat pumps and solar panels to help reduce carbon emissions.
- Ability to log details of all calls accurately.

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to think on the job and strong communication skills.
