How you’ll power our business as an Emergency Team Member

Reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, the Emergency Team Member will work alongside the existing emergency team members to ensure that calls made to the emergency line are answered promptly and dealt with in line with company procedures.

Our emergency team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are committed to delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040 and support initiatives such as heat pumps and solar panels to help reduce carbon emissions.

What we’ll need from you

• Ability to log details of all calls accurately.
• Close attention to detail with the ability to record information under pressure.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to think on the job and strong communication skills.
• Experience in dispatch of engineers.
