A leading UK energy company is seeking an Emergency Team Member to join their dedicated team in Leicester. This role involves promptly answering emergency calls and ensuring proper procedures are followed. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in dispatching engineers. Reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, the Emergency Team Member will work alongside the existing emergency team members to ensure that calls made to the emergency line are answered promptly and dealt with in line with company procedures.
Our emergency team operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are committed to delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040 and support initiatives such as heat pumps and solar panels to help reduce carbon emissions.
