There may be some travel needed to our US operations.
- Significant experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic advisory role.
- Experience in management consulting, PE operating roles, or high-growth industrial/services environments.
- Exposure to engineered products, industrial services, water/wastewater, environmental services, or missioncritical field services is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional workstreams and delivering complex initiatives under time pressure.
- Strong operational management and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
