We are now looking for a Maintenance Planning & Reliability Engineer for our Operations Unit in Bradford, United Kingdom. This position is on-site only.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the reliability and availability of all site equipment through planned and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Developing and implementing the long-term maintenance strategy for the Bradford site.
  • Scheduling and planning site outages, including pre-planning meetings and post-outage reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leading root cause analysis into equipment downtime and identifying corrective and preventative measures.
  • Developing and updating planned maintenance procedures using the SAP computerized maintenance management system.
  • Managing the condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
  • Contributing to site improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency targets are met.
  • Identifying contractors and spare parts to meet cost, quality, and sustainability objectives.
  • Supporting the maintenance team during peak periods and holidays.
  • Participating in capital expenditure projects for maintenance improvements.
