Job summary
An organization supporting young people in Rotherham is looking for a Project Worker to provide tailored support for young individuals facing complex challenges. This role involves working closely with clients aged 16-25 to help them develop skills for maintaining independence and preventing homelessness. Candidates should be passionate about supporting youth, capable of multi-agency engagement, and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
