We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering high-quality, safe, and profitable projects. If you thrive on planning, problem-solving, and building strong relationships, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the performance of multi-utility projects – ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
• Work closely with design, planning, and operational teams to keep projects on track.
• Lead by example on health and safety, carrying out inspections and promoting best practices.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver an outstanding experience every time.
• Support and develop your team through fair, honest leadership and regular appraisals.
• Drive efficiency and sustainability – from recycling materials to reducing site visits.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a site supervisory role, ideally as a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid, NEBOSH General Certificate, and HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction Management.
• Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills, with a solid understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices.
• A confident communicator who can motivate teams, solve problems, and build great client relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.
