- Recent use of scheduling, planning, or appointment software.
- Knowledge of Job Costing.
- Use of a Geographical Information System to display data.
Responsibilities
- Provide property maintenance to protect long-term building value.
- Monitor resource availability and workload within responsive repairs.
- Make adjustments to work programs and keep residents informed.
- Update the responsive maintenance management team on performance targets.
