Job summary

A growing residential developer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Planner to support planning applications and coordinate consultant teams. Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a developer, consultancy or local authority environment.
• Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support planning applications, reserved matters & discharge of conditions.
• Coordinate consultant teams and assist with appeals.
• Deliver site appraisals, policy research & constraint analysis.
• Monitor application progress and liaise with local authorities.
• Support community consultation and attend site & project meetings.
• Assist with appeal statements and public inquiry documentation.
