- The service and breakdown repair on a wide range of sophisticated medical and laboratory diagnostics systems utilised within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.
- Visiting customer sites to provide valuable solutions for troubleshooting.
- Liaising with laboratory managers, technicians and other external contacts across NHS and private independent scientific organisations.
- A competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high‑value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.
- Experience on diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, pre‑press, printing or high‑value electro‑mechanical capital equipment is desirable.
- Full product training will be provided – you will be considered regardless of your exact background in field service and customer support.
