We’re seeking a Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team in Greenock. This is a varied and hands‑on role – ideal for someone who’s naturally organised, thrives on structure, and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish.
You’ll play a key role supporting the Commercial Team with project administration, certification management and business compliance – ensuring that important processes run smoothly and efficiently.
From maintaining supplier due diligence to coordinating certifications such as FSC, PEFC and EUDR, and you’ll help keep our operations running to the highest standards. You’ll also assist with wider commercial and sustainability projects, providing valuable administrative and reporting support across departments.
You’re a detail-focused, dependable professional who loves creating order out of complexity. Whether managing documentation, scheduling tasks, or tracking deadlines, you keep things moving and people informed.
You’re confident with systems and processes, comfortable communicating across teams, and motivated by a role that combines structure, problem‑solving and purpose.
This position would suit someone with experience in administration, planning, compliance support, supply chain coordination, or project assistance – someone who’s ready to take the next step into a more involved and rewarding commercial role.
