Job summary
A property management firm in the UK is seeking an entry-level candidate to handle residential property sales. The role involves dealing with purchases, sales, and lettings while maintaining communication with buyers and sellers. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and professionalism, while sales experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
- Must be punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property.
- Monitor sales and lets as they proceed with the help of teams.
- Generate new business via the company’s database and through networking.
Skills
Location: Dubai
Salary Range: Commission Only
- Deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property.
- Collect information about a property and arrange for the appropriate marketing material to be created.
- Keep up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Create and attend property valuations.
- Create and attend property viewings.
- Negotiate with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
- Monitor sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Make regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
- Keep up to date with market trends in the local property market.
- Generate new business via the company’s database and through networking.
- Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors and other real estate agencies during transactions.
- Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Presentable, professional and honest.
- Positive and hard working attitude.
- Fluency in a second language can be advantageous.
- Smart business dress is required at all times.
- The team is expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
- Must be punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
- Exemplary work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
- UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (a hire car or company vehicle can be arranged at your expense).
