  • Use data insights to drive proactive interventions and prevent customer detriment.

  • Strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and T&C frameworks
  • Experience in adviser supervision or competency management within financial services
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills – able to build trust and influence
