Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords.
• Qualify buyers and tenants, designing tailored viewings aligned with their needs.
• Assess buyers’ financial positions and recommend trusted mortgage brokers and solicitors.
• Manage conveyancing process: initiate surveys, follow up with solicitors, ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee tenant referencing process efficiently within appropriate timeframe.
