A leading third sector organization in Liverpool is seeking a Resettlement and Recovery Support Worker to support individuals with complex needs. Key responsibilities include developing therapeutic relationships, facilitating access to community resources, and managing risk assessments. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have experience working with vulnerable populations. This role offers 37.5 hours per week with generous benefits including annual leave and pensions.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week based on rolling rota shift pattern of both day and night shifts
Salary: £25,624.02 per annum

NHS England & NOMS have jointly commissioned a Housing & Accommodation Support Service for male offenders with a personality disorder diagnosis who are on the offender pathway. The service will be delivered via a joint service model including health, criminal justice and specialist third sector housing & accommodation partners. We are looking for Engager Workers to join our team, ideally you will have some experience of working with people with complex issues and knowledge/understanding of personality disorders.
