A 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

As a Team Leader you’ll play a key role in helping to manage production processes and production teams in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training and cost targets agreed by the company.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets
• Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed in a timely manner
• Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement
• Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications
• Ensuring KPI data is up to date, recorded and shared with management
• Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners

• Experience of working within a fast paced production environment
• Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks
• A reliable team player who is approachable for other members of staff
