You’ll work in a matrix organisation, collaborating with Regulatory Managers, Specialists, and cross-functional teams to deliver a complex regulatory programme that supports strategic business goals. Work alongside experienced mentors to make a meaningful impact.**Your responsibilities:*** Create and maintain Hazard Communication documents and submissions (SDS, labels, Poison Centre notifications) for the EMEA portfolio.* Perform impact assessments of the Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) updates to Classification and Labelling and develop clear plans to maintain compliance and continuity of product supply.* Generate Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) documents in IUCLID in support of the national authorisation BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) work programme.* Develop into the responsible person for the transitional BPR work programme for Wood and Materials Protection.* Track and process payments to regulatory authorities.**Your experience and qualifications:*** A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field1–2 years experience in Regulatory Affairs within chemicals or biocides* Exceptional attention to detail* Commercial awareness and ability to simplify complexity to non-experts* A proactive mindset – able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a matrix team environment.* Experience with IUCLID, R4BP3, and SDS authoring tools (SAP EH & S)* Working knowledge of BPR, CLP, REACH and related frameworks.**Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:****Microbial Control Solutions (MCS)** focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.**Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE),** meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
