A further education provider based in Swindon is looking for a dedicated professional to support and guide learners in achieving their academic goals. To enable learners, through guidance and support, to achieve their aspirations and academic goals, by supporting classroom learning and working collaboratively with teaching colleagues.
To deliver effective teaching and learning strategies and to support the development of independent learning skills.
To evidence progression against targets set in negotiation with the learner and teaching colleagues to meet learning needs.
To contribute to EHCP Annual Reviews (where applicable) to ensure that progression towards educational outcomes is being addressed.
