Job summary

A leading insurance provider in Glasgow seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive agile adoption and cultural change. In this role, you'll work closely with leadership and product teams to embed agile practices at scale, contribute to a major transformation, and create a supportive environment for teams. Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching teams and leaders in Agile delivery within complex, regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP and Lean.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and conversant in technical concepts like CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Coach product tribes in agile mindsets, values, and practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops to enhance performance.
• Identify systemic impediments and work with leadership to resolve blockers.
