A family-run interior construction firm in Andover is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of commercial and educational interior projects. Responsibilities include estimating costs, liaising between teams, and creating detailed quotations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong track record in project management. Commercial Workspace & Education Interiors
Responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing all phases of interior construction projects from inception to completion. Our Project Managers collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful applicant will have experience in producing accurate, detailed quotations and project managing commercial and/or educational premises refurbishments in conjunction with Designers and Sales teams. The role will suit someone who is hungry for more success, pro-active, self-motivated and meticulous in their attention to detail.
