• L3 SCCM skills
• L3 PowerShell Scripting skills
• SCCM Packaging and Deployment
• Raise Change Requests / Attend CAB meetings.
• Create and maintain application packages using tools such as AdminStudio, InstallShield, and PowerShell.
• Repackage legacy applications for modern deployment platforms (e.g. Intune, MSIX).
• Deploy applications using SCCM and Intune, ensuring correct targeting (user/device-based) and compliance with licensing models.
• Maintain and update deployment collections, boundary groups, and distribution points.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and remediate issues across pre-production and production environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation for packaging and deployment processes.
• Support change management processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Work closely with application owners, service desk, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and validate deployments.
• Proven experience in application packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V).
• Strong knowledge of SCCM (Current Branch), including application deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Conditional Access is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise environments (e.g. EDF Energy, utilities sector) is advantageous.
