Job summary
A global customer support provider is seeking a full-time, remote Customer Support Representative. This role involves delivering exceptional support, collaborating across teams, and maintaining a customer Knowledge Base. Strong written English communication skills are essential, along with a problem-solving attitude. The position is fully remote, but applicants must be in the EU, UK, or IE.
