As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll become a Telescope expert and help customers build high-performing outbound campaigns. You’ll guide users through onboarding, run demos, support campaign setup, refine messaging, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get maximum value from Telescope.

You don’t need to be a prompt-engineering or GTM expert — we’ll train you — but you should be comfortable learning AI quickly and explaining best practices clearly to customers.

This is a client-facing role: you must be comfortable on video calls, maintain a professional presence, and communicate clearly.

• Become a Telescope expert and support customers end-to-end
• Onboard new users and run high-quality product demos
• Help customers build and optimize outbound campaigns
• Assist with messaging, prompting, and AI-driven workflows
• Troubleshoot issues and respond quickly with clear solutions
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper adoption
• Ensure customers achieve strong, measurable outcomes
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident, professional video-call presence
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Fast learner, especially with AI tools and workflows
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
