🔭 The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll become a Telescope expert and help customers build high-performing outbound campaigns. You’ll guide users through onboarding, run demos, support campaign setup, refine messaging, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get maximum value from Telescope.

You don’t need to be a prompt-engineering or GTM expert — we’ll train you — but you should be comfortable learning AI quickly and explaining best practices clearly to customers.

This is a client-facing role: you must be comfortable on video calls, maintain a professional presence, and communicate clearly.
