We are recruiting an experienced Fabric Engineer to join the team located in Sheffield!
- Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
- Repairs floor & wall coverings.
- Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
- Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes AHU’s / FCU’s and basic plumbing requirements
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

- Experience of working in high profile work environment
- Previous fabric experience advantageous
- PC literate
