- Invoice Processing: Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Payment Collection: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up with clients, and record payments
- Account Reconciliation: Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate customer account records
- Customer Communication: Respond to invoicing and payment queries professionally and efficiently
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date financial records in the accounting system
- Reporting: Assist in generating accounts receivable reports, including ageing and cash flow statements
