Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking an Advanced Technical Support Specialist in London. The role involves providing support for Unified Assurance and Analytics, resolving complex customer issues, and developing automation solutions. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 3+ years of technical support experience in telecom. Strong skills in Linux, scripting, and programming are essential. Qualifications
- 3+ years in software technical support, preferably in telecom or network management domains.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced post-sales support for the Unified Assurance and Analytics (UAA) and Blue Planet product suite.
- Diagnose and resolve production and non-production issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop Unix/Shell scripts to automate monitoring, data collection, and alarm generation.
