About the Project:
Wepartner with luxury and independent hotels toelevate their digital presence and drive sustainable direct growth.
Project Location &Time Zone: UK-based client, work inthe Ukrainian time zone
Project Stage: Ongoing
Methodology: Scrum
Commitment: Part-time, 4hours per day (Monday—Friday)
Team Composition: 1PO, 8developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring asmooth transition from sales toproject management
Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery ofwebsite builds and booking engine setups
- Ensure projects are completed ontime, within budget, and exceed client expectations
Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities toimprove project management processes and methodologies
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with the sales team toidentify new business opportunities
- Support sales activities with project insights, reporting, and client presentations

Requirements:
- 3+years ofexperience inIT marketing project management
- 3+years ofexperience working with Scrum methodology
- Experience with web development, CMS platforms, integrations, Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
- Previous experience inthe hospitality sector ordigital agencies
- Upper-Intermediate orhigher level ofEnglish
- Background inwebsite delivery and/or client onboarding processes
- Strong technical understanding and the ability tocommunicate complex concepts clearly
