Technical Architect (100% Remote) at Tether.io. Join to apply for this role and help shape the future of digital finance.
Responsibilities
- Design robust and scalable architectures for systems such as apps, SDKs, and SaaS platforms, tailored to the company’s tech stack. Use systems-level thinking to structure components for reliability, scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, practical architectures.
- Contribute to guiding development through code reviews, PoCs, and skeleton structures.
- Write and review technical proposals to ensure alignment with the agreed architecture.
- Stay up to date with new tools, frameworks, and ideas, and identify opportunities to improve systems.
- 5+ years in Technical Architect (or similar) roles.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and C++.
- Experience developing or architecting scalable applications; experience with P2P is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, patterns, and best practices; ability to quickly absorb new stacks and tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication of technical ideas across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in creating and managing architectural artifacts such as diagrams, specifications, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex technical challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
