Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in legal roles, such as practicing attorney or legal tech.
- Strong experience in Sales Enablement or high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Ability to transform ambiguity into structured programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and run certification-based programs for onboarding and technical fluency.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to build repeatable systems for quality improvements.
- Create frameworks for legal engineers to intake work and deliver feedback.
- Lead program strategy for product launches and internal initiatives.
