Corporate Senior Solicitor (M&A) - Lead & Innovate
Job summary
A prominent law firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to supervise legal teams and deliver corporate legal services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE, ideally in M&A, and a strong drive to innovate legal services through technology. Responsibilities include scoping new matters, maintaining legal knowledge, and contributing to client development. Must live within specified distance requirements from London offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in Corporate law, preferably M&A.
- Experience supervising and supporting a legal team.
- Must be UK-based and meet location requirements.
Responsibilities
- Scope and set up new matters while supervising teams.
- Assist with pricing and manage billing throughout matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant law areas.
