What You'll Do
  • Manage online referrals with prompt response times.
  • Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counselling (3–12 sessions).
  • Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback.
  • Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent.
  • Alternative: Diploma‑level qualification + 3 years post‑qualification experience + ≥450 counselling hours.
  • Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused therapeutic models.
  • Professional clinical supervision arrangements in place.
  • Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000).
  • ICO registration as Data Controller.
Ideal Experience
  • Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential.
  • Assessment and support planning expertise.
  • Short‑term counselling interventions with workplace focus.
  • Understanding of organisational dynamics and work‑life challenges.
  • Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways.
