This role will require flexibility to cover global time-zones and require limited international travel.## Key responsibilities* Serve as the local subject matter expert for Total Rewards, providing modelling, guidance and advice on compensation structures and benefit offerings across multiple businesses and locations.* Develop approaches to the design, maintenance and governance of job architecture and market data structures.* Support pay transparency initiatives and year-end compensation processes.* Partner with HR and Finance regulatory leads to ensure compliance with remuneration regulations disclosures.* Leverage analytics to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.* Take a proactive and consultative approach to understand stakeholder needs solve Total Reward-related challenges.## What you will bring* 10 years of experience in HR compensation roles.* Significant leadership experience in compensation across EMEA, ideally within in either Asset Management, Banking or Insurance.* Proven ability to design multi-country benefit strategies.* Strong desire to learn and adapt in a flexible dynamic environment.* Excellent relationship-building, influencing and collaborative skills* Advanced analytical skills; the ability derive actionable insights from data.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
