The Property Department has experienced significant growth in recent years and as our team continues to grow, a new vacancy has arisen in our Birmingham office (with flexible hybrid working).

We are currently looking for an Associate (4+ PQE) to join our successful team.

The role

The role will involve advising clients on all aspects of commercial property as well as supporting on large scale development schemes and mixed use regeneration schemes.

On offer is the opportunity to act for a variety of clients including local authorities, registered providers, central government, universities and more, supporting them with a wide range of investment and development work.

  • Some development experience desirable (although significant experience not essential)
  • Experience acting for public sector clients also desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work

  • An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
  • A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
