- Shapemeaningful digital change by influencing how systems, processes, and data work across the business.
- Partnerclosely withtechnologyteamstoidentify, develop and deliver solutions, to streamline processes.
- Implement process management frameworks tomonitorand measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and initiatives.
- Provide expert knowledge and training to teams on new processes and systems excellence
- Bring a proven ability to drive digital or continuous improvement initiatives from insight through to delivery, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills toidentifyinefficiencies and translate data into practical solutions.
- Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes through collaboration.
- Experience of Salesforce and / orCertiniaadministration, particularly around development of reporting is highly desirable
